20. May 2020The international logistics service provider DHL Global Forwarding presents its innovative customer portal ‘myDHLi’ for digital logistics from a single source. The portal is launching with a global pilot phase and is part of the Deutsche Post DHL Group’s 2025 strategy.
(Bonn) DHL Global Forwarding, the air and sea freight specialist of Deutsche Post DHL Group, has launched myDHLi , the only fully integrated online platform for freight forwarding customers. The intuitive and user-friendly interface of myDHLi ensures that customers have all the necessary information at their fingertips. Based on established social media features like ‘Follow’ and ‘Share’, relevant information can be easily shared and accessed across companies and trading partners. The online portal enables transparent management and control of quotes, freight rates, shipping and transport means, as well as CO2 emissions, 24/7. Shipment data can be viewed with just a few clicks and presented through detailed analyses and reports. Complete Shipment Transparency“Despite increasing digitalization and ever faster networking, customers have a need for less complexity. Raw data can be exported to Excel.New is also myDHLi Documents, which provides quick and easy access to downloadable transport documents. All documents – transport quotes, invoices, packing lists, house bills, proof of delivery, etc. – are centrally stored and made available.myDHLi has been designed for seamless use on all devices according to the mobile-first approach. Integrated social media functions like Follow and Share, for information exchange with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, facilitate communication along the entire supply chain.
