The logistics activities of DST will be fully integrated into the locations of Sieber Solutions AG. DST Combitrans AG is a subsidiary of Indermühle Holding AG.
(Rekingen/Berneck) Sieber Solutions AG, based in Berneck, took over the operational business and all process know-how of DST Combitrans AG in Rekingen as of May 19, 2020. Thanks to the long-standing expertise of both companies in the field of furniture logistics, seamless integral connection solutions can be offered to DST’s customers. The majority of the approximately 45 employees will receive new positions at the Sieber Group’s locations in Dietikon and Pratteln. The previous company location in Rekingen will be abandoned. The customs agency in Waldshut-Tiengen is not affected by the transaction.
Founded in 1988, DST Combitrans AG, based in Rekingen, operated as a full-service partner in the areas of transport, storage, and customs clearance. DST’s service offering guaranteed comprehensive logistics for furniture, white goods, and accessories for corporate and private customers throughout Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. Since 2014, DST has been a 100% subsidiary of Indermühle Holding AG and had a fleet of around 20 vehicles.
The operational business of DST is an ideal complement to the activities of the Sieber Group, which has a comprehensive distribution network with modern logistics centers throughout Switzerland and neighboring countries.

The integration of DST’s portfolio into Sieber Solutions will further increase the presence in the furniture transport market and systematically expand the business model of the Sieber Group. For Sandra Traxler-Indermühle, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Indermühle Holding AG, the sale of DST is an important step towards further strategic sharpening of the corporate group. “As the Indermühle Group, we are consistently concentrating our efforts in the currently challenging economic situation on our core business. This is with a view to overall corporate responsibility and also to remain future-proof and continue to grow in our core business. With the transition of the operational business of DST to the Sieber Group, we have not only found an optimal solution for the employees and customers but also a partner who unconditionally shares our long-standing corporate tradition and quality standards.”
