9. July 2020With the Industry Train tow train, Jungheinrich now offers its customers high-end technology from the Black Forest. The company Neumaier specializes in tailored customer solutions. The goal of the cooperation is customized concepts.
(Hamburg/Hofstetten) Innovative tow train solutions, tailored to the individual requirements of customers. This is the goal of the new cooperation between Jungheinrich and Neumaier. By expanding its portfolio with the Neumaier Industry Train tow train, Jungheinrich, as a global leader in intralogistics solutions, can respond even better to the increasing market demands in the tow train segment and will offer efficient solutions specifically tailored to the needs of customers.
The Industry Train tow train from Neumaier is a combination of standardized chassis modules and individually designed load carrier systems. Two different chassis types for indoor and outdoor use are available. The payload can be up to 3 tons per load carrier. Various load carrier systems are available for receiving and transporting customer load carriers. From simple C-frames to E-frames with adjustable forks, to highly complex load carrier systems for transporting multiple trolleys in one load carrier. The special feature: It is not the customer load carrier that adapts to the tow train, but the tow train that adapts to the load carrier and the customer requirements.
All components interconnected
Together with the Jungheinrich EZS electric tugs with up to 28 tons of pulling force, the Industry Train tow train is a powerful intralogistics solution. All components in the tow train are interconnected and operate as a single machine. High safety standards, innovative future-proof technology, and a high degree of customer orientation guarantee the customer a stable and secure process in internal material supply.
