(Augsburg) A leadership change is taking place at SWAN GmbH at the end of July. From this point on, Alexander Bernhard will take over the sole leadership of the project house for SAP logistics with four locations in Augsburg, Nuremberg, Wächtersbach, and Altenstadt. His co-founder and managing partner André Nowinski is leaving the company after nearly ten years to pursue a new professional challenge. André Nowinski is departing in one of the most successful years in the history of SWAN GmbH. As a shareholder, he will remain closely connected to the company.
More Responsibility for Employees
The responsibilities of André Nowinski will be fully transferred to Alexander Bernhard. The team leaders will receive more responsibility in the operational business, which underscores the strategic direction of SWAN regarding New Work methods and the personal responsibility of all employees. The project house for SAP logistics is on very solid ground. It has had an excellent first half of the year. With Alexander Bernhard at the helm, SWAN is well-positioned to continue on its path to success. “We thank André for his outstanding contributions to SWAN. With his extensive expertise in the logistics industry, his technical know-how, a good sense of market trends, and his high collegiality, he has made SWAN a successful player in the logistics software market,” says Alexander Bernhard. “I wish him all the best for his new start.” “I am deeply grateful to SWAN, its employees, and shareholders for the past nine years of always very collegial and successful collaboration,” says André Nowinski. “I am firmly convinced that SWAN will continue to develop positively under the leadership of Alexander Bernhard. I look forward to remaining closely connected to the company as a shareholder.”
