28. July 2020The mobility service provider DKV Euro Service strengthens its fuel, toll, and refund business in the Balkans with the acquisition of the Austrian SV Transportservice GmbH. This marks the fifth acquisition in the last twelve months as DKV remains committed to its growth strategy.
(Ratingen) DKV Euro Service has recently acquired SV Transportservice GmbH (SVTS). The Austrian company, based in St. Martin am Inn, specializes in fuel cards, toll billing, and VAT refunds for transport companies primarily located in the Balkan states.
“SVTS was founded in 2010 by entrepreneur Slavica Vranjković. Her passion for taking care of her customers is inspiring,” says Marco van Kalleveen, CEO of DKV Mobility. “We look forward to further expanding our business together with her, driven by innovative services and excellent customer care.”
With the fifth acquisition in the past twelve months, DKV consistently adheres to its growth strategy. Existing SVTS customers will benefit from an expanded portfolio of innovative, integrated services as a result of the acquisition. Both parties have agreed to keep the total amount of the transaction confidential.
