29. July 2020The Supervisory Board of Kombiverkehr KG has elected Hermann Lanfer from Lanfer Transport GmbH & Co. KG as its chairman in its constitutive meeting. Lanfer succeeds Gudrun Winner-Athens, who did not run again after holding the position since 2002.
(Frankfurt am Main) After the limited partners of Kombiverkehr KG elected seven new representatives from the forwarding side for the company’s Supervisory Board in a postal voting procedure in June due to the COVID-19 epidemic and the associated ban on gatherings, the members met last week in Frankfurt am Main for the constitutive meeting. The seven forwarding representatives elected Hermann Lanfer from Lanfer Transporte GmbH & Co. KG as the new chairman. Hermann Lanfer thus succeeds Gudrun Winner-Athens, who successfully held the office since 2002 and did not run for the Supervisory Board this year. Hermann Lanfer has been a member of the Supervisory Board at the Frankfurt operator since 2014. The Supervisory Board consists of nine members as per the articles of association. DB Cargo AG, as a 50 percent shareholder, sends Dr. Sigrid Nikutta, DB Board Member for Freight Transport and Chairwoman of the Board of DB Cargo AG, as well as Pierre Timmermans, Board Member for Sales. Pierre Timmermans takes over as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
