(Langenfeld) Dag Jessel (50) has been the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of nox NachtExpress since the beginning of September 2020. The experienced manager brings many years of experience in the sustainable implementation of process optimizations and efficiency enhancement measures in medium-sized companies and corporations.
“Dag Jessel will optimally complement our management board. With his experience in aligning processes, strategic goals, and finances, we will focus our products and services even better on our customers and further expand our market position,” said Donald Pilz, CEO of the nox group. “I thank Hendrik Douwes, who temporarily took over the position and is now returning to his role as Chief Program Officer.”
Diverse Leadership Positions
From 2015 until his transition to nox, Dag Jessel served as CFO at E.I.S. Aircraft, a medium-sized supplier to the aerospace industry. Other positions in his career included CFO of the Gardien Group, an international service provider in the electronics industry, as well as the Lufthansa Group, among others, as Head of Finance and Human Resources for Northeast Asia.
Dag Jessel began his professional career with a technical vocational training and a degree as a graduate engineer in aerospace engineering and has held senior positions in finance for the past 15 years. “I look forward to shaping the strategy and processes of nox NachtExpress in the future and thus further strengthening the company’s profile,” said Dag Jessel. The manager is married, has two sons, and lives in Bonn.
