22. October 2020The ‘Eco Performance Award’ (EPA) 2020 starts its 13th round under the motto ‘Innovations for Sustainable Road Freight Transport’. From now until November 30, 2020, short applications can be submitted. In February 2021, the selected finalists will present their initiatives to the jury, and in March 2021, the awards will be presented.
(St. Gallen/Switzerland) The leading European award for sustainability in commercial freight transport is entering its 13th round this year. The Eco Performance Award is granted to companies that are able to combine ecological and economic considerations. The jury, consisting of renowned industry experts, evaluates not only economic success and environmental protection but also commitment to employees and society.
The projects must be implemented
Both innovative measures (e.g., technologies and organizational solutions) and reliable, application-oriented overall concepts will be awarded. Submitted concepts and projects must have been implemented in practice. This year, the award will be presented in the categories of large companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, start-ups, and Transformer of the Year.
