6. November 2020Logivest GmbH has brokered a logistics space of nearly 1,400 sqm to Herdem GmbH, a local service company, in the Hardenberghafen industrial area north of Dortmund. The owner and landlord of the property is the Greyfield Group from Essen.
(Dortmund) – From January 2021, Herdem will have nearly 1,400 sqm of warehouse space and about 200 sqm of office space available in the heart of the Dortmund port area. According to the company’s information, the hall is intended for the storage of FFP protective masks for the construction industry. Thus, 50% of the property has already been rented out in a very short time.
Due to its proximity to the B54, the area is ideally connected – both to downtown Dortmund and to the A2, A40, and A45 motorways.
