The latter is taking over another partial area of approximately 40,000 m² with the BETA site on the ‘Industrial Campus Vienna East’. (Bremen/Vienna) With the signing of the contract in Vienna, Deka Immobilien has secured another partial area of the campus, the ‘BETA’ site. The property is intended for the fund portfolio of the investor focused on institutional investors, and the purchase price has been kept confidential.
The project developer and seller is Deutsche Logistik Holding, a company belonging to the family-run Zech Group.
The ‘BETA’ property comprises a planned rental area of 40,000 m², 77 car parking spaces, and several truck parking spaces. Construction will start shortly, with completion planned for the 3rd quarter of 2021, and all halls will be certified with the DGNB quality seal Gold. The construction is speculative, and accordingly, halls are still available for rent!
Deka aims to purchase all properties at the site
Deka Immobilien’s goal is to acquire all properties at the ‘Industrial Campus Vienna East’, which, upon completion, will be Austria’s largest logistics park with a total of 6 hall rows and an overall area of more than 120,000 m²!

“We are very pleased to have Deka not only as a financially strong but also as a reliable partner for the acquisition of our property in Enzersdorf an der Fischa!” explains Christian Vogt, Managing Director of DLH in Austria.
