7. December 2020The Shock Logger MSR175 from CIK monitors transport with a service life of over 2 years. By using the logger, transport issues are quickly identified. The corresponding data can be read and analyzed via software.
(Karlsruhe) The thumb-sized data logger MSR175 is particularly suitable for monitoring the transport of goods of all kinds, as it is optimized for shock and impact measurements up to 200 g.
Now, a version with a replaceable Li-SOCI2 battery is also available, which allows for an even longer service life compared to the standard Li-Po battery.
This further development of the already globally successful transport data logger MSR175 allows for a monitoring service life of over two years, depending on the settings of the recording parameters.
MSR175 – The Transport Data Logger
Freight goods are exposed to a variety of risks, such as shocks, excessive temperatures, or unacceptable humidity levels. A key application area of the mini data logger MSR175 is the determination and permanent documentation of external physical influences on a transport good, such as shock and impact events, overheating or undercooling, changes in humidity, light, or pressure – and this over a long period, for example, for damage documentation.
3-Axis Accelerometers
The MSR175 is equipped with two integrated 3-axis accelerometers with measurement ranges of ±15 g and ±200 g, and records shocks and impacts at a rate of up to 6,400 measurements per second. Continuous documentation is thus guaranteed.
The simple operation of the logger and the user-friendly documentation and evaluation software ensure smooth use in transport and logistics.
