The express service provider has launched various HR initiatives to continuously improve the working conditions of its teams. DHL Express invests a double-digit million euro amount in its employees worldwide every year.
(Bonn) DHL Express has been awarded as one of the best employers in Germany once again. For the eighth consecutive time, the Top Employers Institute has presented the prestigious award to DHL Express Germany. Companies are recognized based on the evaluation of their HR processes. This time, the performance in the areas of values, business strategy, as well as ethics and integrity at DHL Express was particularly highlighted.
Success Relies on Employee Commitment

DHL Express has been certified this year by the Top Employers Institute in Germany and 47 other countries. The logistics company invests a double-digit million euro amount in its employees worldwide every year and has launched various HR initiatives to continuously improve the working conditions of its teams and to provide all employees with the necessary knowledge that motivates them to give their best for customers every day. In recognition of their tireless efforts during the Covid-19 pandemic, the company paid each of its employees worldwide a special bonus of 300 euros.

The Top Employers Institute program certifies companies based on their participation in and the results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR areas with 20 topics each, including employee strategy, talent acquisition, learning, well-being, diversity, and inclusion.
