5. February 2021The EURO H1 pallet sets the standard as the leading hygiene pallet for the European food industry. The EURO H1 pallet made of plastic is considered the leading pallet for all hygiene-sensitive applications in areas such as food, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals.
(Altenkirchen) With certification from GS1 Germany, the reusable load carrier is exchangeable throughout Europe. In addition to the GS1 marking, the pallets also have the DIN-plus certificate and the GS mark for tested safety. Other product features include high load capacity, long service life, and exceptional shape stability.
WERIT has been a certified manufacturer of the EURO H1 hygiene pallet for over 20 years. The production lines for EURO H1 hygiene pallets integrate injection molding machines, welding machines, and milling systems, as well as quality control systems. With autonomous manufacturing cells and “state of the art” process technology, pallets of the highest dimensional accuracy and shape stability are produced with minimal weight tolerances. The central production facility in Buchholz (Westerwald) is located near the A3 motorway between the economic regions of Rhineland and Rhine-Main. From there, the most important sales markets in Europe can be supplied quickly and efficiently.
The strict approval and monitoring process ensures the consistently high quality of the EURO H1 hygiene pallet in the open pool. EURO H1 hygiene pallets meet the highest quality requirements and are therefore exchangeable everywhere.
Easy Identification
The logo of GS1 Germany allows the EURO H1 hygiene pallets to be recognized at first glance upon receipt of goods. Each pallet can be traced back to the manufacturer and the corresponding pallet tool via the GS1 approval number – an effective protection against counterfeiting. All parties in the supply chain benefit from the quality assurance system, from the supplier to the producer to the retailer.
“For over 20 years, we have been applying our expertise and experience in the development of hygiene pallets to manufacture high-quality load carriers made of plastic. The facility in Buchholz provides our customers with greater delivery reliability and an improved ecological balance,” comment Christian Seidel, Product Manager for Plastic Pallets, and Marian Weger, Managing Director at the Bludenz location.
WERIT Kunststoffwerke W. Schneider GmbH & Co.KG
The WERIT Group, headquartered in Altenkirchen (Germany), stands for innovative products primarily made of plastic and employs more than 600 people across eleven locations in Europe. The business areas of the group include industrial packaging (IBC/Intermediate Bulk Containers, containers, and pallets), building technology (heating oil tanks, industrial tanks, sanitary products), and special products (plastic screws and nuts, household and garden items).
Accumulated expertise from countless applications forms the foundation for the production of series parts on self-developed production facilities with high manufacturing depth: injection molding technology (valves, storage, transport containers and pallets, sanitary products, screws and nuts), blow molding technology (IBC, heating oil tanks, industrial tanks), or metal processing (profiling systems, welding systems, e.g., for the IBC grid frame).
