22. June 2021In Hildesheim, directly on the A7 motorway, Logivest has brokered a logistics property with around 20,000 sqm of warehouse and office space to a major automotive company. As the company reports, the vehicle manufacturer was urgently looking for a large-volume hall for the storage of high-quality automotive components.
(Munich/Hildesheim) On behalf of the landlord, DRIVEN Investment GmbH, Logivest was able to broker a property in very good condition to the car manufacturer in the Bavenstedt-Ost industrial area. Here, the high-value modules can be received and dispatched both via ramps and at ground level.
“In terms of equipment and location – the property is located in close proximity to the A7 motorway and federal road B1 – the property offers the ideal space, not only for automotive but also for transshipment, warehousing, or light industrial use,” says Ralf Döring, Head of Industrial and Logistics Letting Hannover at Logivest.
