16. August 2021The insurance group HanseMerkur and DAK-Gesundheit have entered into an exclusive partnership with the Logistics Network Thuringia (LNT). The aim of the collaboration is to strengthen the corporate health management of the member companies and to clarify questions regarding health insurance for the recruitment of skilled workers from abroad at an early stage.
(PressBox; Magdala/OT Göttern) In addition, special conditions for LNT members and their employees, as well as regular exchanges and the development of new insurance concepts for the companies, are the focus.
In collaboration with the health insurance company DAK-Gesundheit, HanseMerkur is committed to various measures in the field of corporate health management. To retain existing staff and to be attractive to new employees, HanseMerkur will support and advise LNT member companies on issues related to corporate health insurance and health management.
Potential in Strategic Collaboration
“Especially in times of skilled labor shortages, additional offerings in health management are important tools to remain attractive as an employer,” says Sebastian Brand, Regional Director East of HanseMerkur, adding: “Cooperations are an important element for us to strengthen the exchange with companies and to further develop solutions tailored to the industry. Holger Sehr, board member of the Logistics Network Thuringia, initiated the partnership model and sees great potential in strategic collaboration. The partnership model includes cooperation with logistics-related service companies from various sectors. The board of the Logistics Network Thuringia is pleased about the collaboration with HanseMerkur and DAK. “With this cooperation, LNT has gained strong partners in the field of insurance. Due to their international network, they can support LNT members in recruiting personnel from abroad beyond corporate health management.”
