3. September 2021Deka Immobilien has purchased a logistics property in the freight transport center (GVZ) Großbeeren near Berlin. The seller is Invesco Real Estate, and the long-term tenant is Asos.com, a leading online fashion retailer. Colliers acted as an advisor in this off-market deal. It is the largest single asset core deal of the year in the logistics sector in Berlin.
(Berlin) The logistics center Log Plaza Brandenburg 1, completed in 2017 by developer Alcaro Invest, is located in the logistics hotspot of southern Berlin and encompasses approximately 91,500 square meters of space as well as around 1,000 parking spaces. It is certified with the BREEAM sustainability label with a rating of ‘Good’ and is conveniently located near the A 10 motorway, federal roads 101 and 96, and Berlin Airport BER.
