The ITG Group recently opened a new Air & Sea branch in Atlanta, USA. Now, in addition to the existing location in Boston since 1994, the company is also represented in the southeastern USA with its own office. Furthermore, the logistics service provider in Germany, ITG Air & Sea, is strengthening its management team with Jürgen Erdt.
The new station will be led by Bryant Goss in the role of Regional Manager Southeast. Additionally, Guido Voss, who helped establish the US subsidiary of ITG in 1994, serves as President of ITG International Transports, Inc.
Moreover, ITG Air & Sea GmbH is expanding its management team. As of October 1st, Jürgen Erdt will take over as an additional managing director responsible for commercial leadership. This expansion of the management team allows Holger Funk to focus more on his role as CFO within the LGI Logistics Group International, the parent company of ITG.
30 Years of Experience in Air & Sea
Jürgen Erdt has 30 years of experience in the Air & Sea sector in various international leadership roles and has been with LGI since November 2020. Prior to this position, he worked for 5 years as the managing director of JAS Forwarding in Germany, focusing on Air & Sea. Before that, he spent over 25 years at Panalpina in various roles, all of which had a strong sales focus. From 2011 to 2015, Jürgen also gained international experience in Asia as Managing Director of Panalpina in Malaysia.
