This eliminates manual processing efforts, and new parking spaces can be integrated into the system more quickly. Data can be updated on a specially designed website.

With this service, recipients benefit from contactless delivery before work begins, even though the goods were ordered only the afternoon of the previous business day. This allows business hours to be fully utilized for order processing and customer support. With the introduction of ready2nox, the European market leader in NightExpress is now simplifying the processes for agreeing on the required parking spaces for customers.
“Parking space management is an essential prerequisite for the reliable delivery to customers,” explains Modesto Berdud-Merino, Head of Customer Implementation & Solution Development at nox NightExpress. “To add a new parking space to the system, we need various information such as the exact address, as well as dimensions and accessibility – for example, if a safe is located on a secured company premises. The online form at www.ready2nox.de now specifically requests this information. The customer can also upload photos with additional information and securely send this information to nox with a mouse click.”
Faster Updates of Parking Spaces
Thanks to the online data collection, new parking spaces can be integrated and updated in the system even faster than before. Additionally, the process becomes simpler and quicker for the customer: The online form can be conveniently filled out on a PC, smartphone, or tablet. After submission, the customer receives an automatically generated letter regarding the key handover to nox, which contains all essential information.
“This allows us to clearly assign the key to the correct parking space,” says Berdud-Merino. “Potential misunderstandings and the need for extensive clarifications are thus avoided from the very beginning.” The processes for nox also become leaner, as the manual effort for recording and processing parking space information in the area of key management and parking space management is eliminated.
