PickMup is the convenient package service from Migros. It is now offered at over 700 pickup locations. New self-service boxes are being added in Migros stores, with over 70 expected. Additional outdoor boxes are planned for 2022, allowing packages to be picked up outside of store hours.

Thanks to PickMup, this and much more is possible for Migros customers. Since last year, self-service boxes have been installed in Migros stores on a trial basis, making it easier to pick up packages without waiting in line. Migros is now expanding this service and will add a total of 70 additional PickMup self-service boxes by the end of the year. In 2022, pickup boxes outside the stores will also be added, allowing customers to pick up packages outside of opening hours.
A Service with Many Benefits
Launched in 2015, Migros’ package pickup service now has a network of over 700 pickup locations. The package service is designed for those who order online but cannot be home for delivery. Thanks to PickMup, customers can have their orders from Migros supermarkets, specialty stores, and third-party companies delivered free of charge to a location of their choice. At over 400 locations, postal services from Post and DHL are also available. The pickup period for PickMup orders is 14 days. As an additional customer service, returns can be sent back free of charge from any PickMup location.
PickMup: The 7 Steps
- Step 1: Order from one of the participating online shops and select PickMup as the delivery method along with your chosen location.
- Step 2: Once the order has arrived at the PickMup location, a pickup invitation will be sent.
- Step 3: You now have up to 14 days to pick up your order at your PickMup location with the pickup invitation.
- Step 4: If you are not satisfied with the order, you can return it free of charge with PickMup.
- Step 5: Pack the return shipment ready for dispatch.
- Step 6: Go to a PickMup location of your choice with the ready-to-ship package.
- Step 7: The package will be returned free of charge.
