(Augsburg) Only one in ten respondents has a neutral (7%) or negative (3%) view of press releases from the logistics sector. Most journalists desire more and better press work. Evaluated by quality, quantity, and service, performance in the field of public relations is not perfect across the corporate landscape. Rated on a school grading scale, small companies communicate adequately (4.0), medium-sized companies barely achieve a satisfactory grade (3.33), and large companies come away with a weak three (2.66).
