By signing the Diversity Charter, nox NachtExpress has taken another important step to strengthen diversity within the company. At the same time, the company commits to fostering a corporate culture characterized by respect and appreciation, valuing all employees equally and recognizing their diversity.

(Langenfeld) This is intended to better consider and utilize the potential of all employees at nox NachtExpress. This is already happening today, as numerous examples demonstrate. People from various national and cultural backgrounds work in a wide range of areas and levels at nox NachtExpress. Long-term unemployed individuals and people with disabilities are supported just as much as career changers who bring their experiences from other professions. Women in leadership positions and the offering of part-time work models are also a matter of course for the European market leader in night express services.
