At the same time, the company commits to fostering a corporate culture characterized by respect and appreciation, valuing all employees equally and recognizing their diversity.
(Langenfeld) This is intended to better consider and utilize the potential of all employees at nox NachtExpress. This is already happening today, as numerous examples demonstrate. People from various national and cultural backgrounds work in a wide range of areas and levels at nox NachtExpress. Long-term unemployed individuals and people with disabilities are supported just as much as career changers who bring their experiences from other professions. Women in leadership positions and the offering of part-time work models are also a matter of course for the European market leader in night express services.
“Logistics is international and connects people across national borders, but also beyond cultural boundaries,” says Donald Pilz, CEO of nox NachtExpress. “For us, it is therefore natural to make room for this diversity in our company and to promote it. That is why we want to further expand the topic of diversity within our organization and have decided to sign the Charter of Diversity as a visible sign of this commitment.”
Regularly Inform About Diversity Activities
In the future, nox NachtExpress will also regularly inform about activities and progress regarding the promotion of diversity and appreciation both internally and externally, continuously educating employees about the added value of diversity and involving them in the implementation of the charter. “We are convinced that only a company shaped by diversity can be successful in the long term and sustainably. And it is precisely this diversity that already defines us today,” says Donald Pilz.
