18. November 2021The FreightTech company TIMOCOM expands its customer offering through value-added services from partners. Recently, TIMOCOM has also been helping its customers with digitalization outside of its core business. Behind the name value-added services are exclusive offers from partners, where TIMOCOM customers receive special conditions.
(Erkrath) “So far, we have focused on our core business and advanced the digitalization of the transport process,” says TIMOCOM CEO Tim Thiermann, with the launch of the value-added services, new paths are being taken. “We have always had strong partners by our side. Therefore, it was the next logical step for us to expand our services together with them and new partners.”
“Our partners cover business areas that our customers are involved in, and in which we can now offer them exclusive offers that they can only get from us,” explains Frank Heimbürger, Director of Business Innovation at TIMOCOM.
Behind the name value-added services are exclusive offers from partners, where TIMOCOM customers receive special conditions. From E-Learning to Combined Transport
Currently, the value-added services page features six tailored value-added services from FreightTech partners and three free additional offers from TIMOCOM:
- Aparkado offers TIMOCOM customers exclusive test access to their intelligent parking guidance system, which helps truck drivers find parking spaces.
- At Bargelink, TIMOCOM customers can find transport service providers on German inland waterways and enjoy at least a 20% discount.
- At Evy Solutions, TIMOCOM customers can receive support from artificial intelligence in processing transport orders and save up to 50%.
- The payment service provider JITpay™ enables TIMOCOM customers to make quick and secure payments for their transport services. There are no service fees for the first three orders.
- With Pamyra LITE, TIMOCOM customers can build their own online sales channel. They can initially test the service free of charge for three months. After that, the service can be canceled monthly at any time.
- The e-learning provider Spedifort grants TIMOCOM customers a 30% discount on selected training courses.
Own Additional Offers
In addition, TIMOCOM offers: TruckBan informs about truck driving bans in Europe, the transport barometer shows the relationship between freight and cargo space on all European routes, and the transport price index provides insight into price developments in German road freight transport.
Although the offering is already extensive at launch, it will not stop there. Frank Heimbürger reports: “In the coming months, new offers will continuously be added.” They are already in talks with further companies.
