Stefan Paul new CEO at Kühne+Nagel from August 2022

The Board of Directors of Kühne + Nagel International AG has today initiated the change in the company’s leadership. Effective August 1, 2022, Stefan Paul will take over as CEO of Kühne + Nagel International AG. At the same time, the current CEO, Dr. Detlef Trefzger, will conclude his activities for personal reasons.

(Schindellegi) Stefan Paul (born 1969) is a German citizen, has been in the management of Kühne + Nagel since 2013, and is currently responsible for the land transport sector as well as sales. He began his career at Kühne + Nagel in 1990. Between 1997 and 2013, he held leadership positions at various logistics companies, including in Germany and the UK. In 2013, Paul returned to Kühne + Nagel, where he took responsibility for all land transport activities, successfully expanding this area with increasing profitability and globalizing it. Later, he also took on responsibilities for global sales in the management.

Planning long-term corporate development
