Trans.eu Creates Cooperation Platform for LogCoop
7. December 2021In collaboration with AHA! GmbH from Kufstein in Tyrol, INN-ovativ KG from Kiefersfelden in the Inn Valley now offers the course English Basics for Logistics as a “Blended Learning” program. This combines e-learning units with individual or group training sessions conducted by selected trainers via video conference. The offering is part of the Spedifort PLUS service, which launched last month.
(PresseBox; Kiefersfelden/Kufstein) “The logistics business is highly international. Cross-border traffic is part of everyday life, and even in neighboring countries, one can no longer assume that people speak German,” says Anna Haselsberger-Brandl, Managing Director of AHA! GmbH. The company specializes in language training and translations with a focus on logistics. When communication in German is no longer possible, English is usually relied upon, Haselsberger-Brandl notes. “Nowadays, for example, there are many Eastern Europeans who come into negotiations with a perfect British accent. Those who only have fragmented school English are quickly at a disadvantage in arguments,” she explains.
To be well-prepared for such situations and others, INN-ovativ KG now offers the course English Basics for Logistics in collaboration with AHA! GmbH. The special feature: The course is part of the new Spedifort PLUS service, which combines e-learning units with individual or group training sessions conducted by selected trainers and instructors via video conference. This way, the training can be conducted independently of location and contactless, without sacrificing the benefits of in-person instruction. “Especially as preparation for a video conference, e-learning units are ideal. This makes the subsequent in-person instruction much more intense,” says Haselsberger-Brandl.
Launched in November
The Spedifort PLUS service was launched in November. In addition to English Basics for Logistics, it already offers Digital Recruiting, Quality Management according to ISO 9001, as well as training for ADR Coordinators, Data Protection Coordinators, Safety Officers, and Customs Officers. The duration of a course is eight to twelve weeks. All content is stored digitally and can be accessed at any time. Statistics on learning progress allow trainers and instructors to respond individually to the participants’ knowledge levels. For INN-ovativ Managing Director Andreas Rinnhofer, “Blended Learning” represents an important milestone: “With Spedifort PLUS, we bring together digital and personal learning. This closes another gap and creates the conditions for even greater learning success,” he says.
