Element Logic Certified Again as an Attractive Employer

The research and consulting institute Great Place to Work® has awarded the system integrator Element Logic for the second consecutive time in an international certification process as an attractive employer. The certification is based on the judgment of the employees and honors credible, fair leadership.

(Bad Friedrichshall) Active promotion of employees and a corporate culture characterized by respect, trust, pride, and team spirit are the prominent features of the experienced employer attractiveness of Element Logic. Now, the world’s most successful AutoStore distributor of 2020 has been certified for the second consecutive time with the quality seal according to the global Great Place to Work standard. The award is based on a representative and anonymous employee survey and forms the basis for authentic and effective employer branding. “We are very proud to be certified for the second year in a row, both internally and externally, by our employees and Great Place to Work,” says Manfred W. Schleicher, Managing Director of Element Logic Germany. “Credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and community are the five dimensions that are measured. This certification provides important insights into how successful we are as a company that cares for its employees and its culture.”

In fact, the international system integrator concludes 2021 as an extremely successful business year. Four new markets were opened, and the workforce nearly doubled from 140 to 225 employees. “The best workplaces have in common that they succeed in creating a trust-based culture and leadership,” explains Jannik Krohn Falck, CEO of Great Place to Work Germany, regarding the certification. “Their strategic focus on all employees means that they have navigated the challenging times we are currently experiencing and are now well positioned in the increasingly competitive talent market.
