Jakob Josten Takes Over Development DACH/CEE at AutoStore

In February, AutoStore expanded its Business Development team in the D/A/CH region and CEE (Central European Countries) with Jakob Josten as a new expert for projects in the industrial sector. This move continues the Norwegian robotics technology company’s global growth and further enhances its consulting expertise for customers and partners.

(Mönchengladbach) Jakob Josten brings diverse experience in automation and mobile robotics. Through various professional positions as well as numerous projects and contacts in the industry, he possesses high competence in the automation of intralogistics processes in manufacturing companies.

As a Key Account Manager at Toyota Material Handling Germany, Josten began his career in the material flow industry in 2016. Concurrently, he earned his MBA degree in the dual study program International Management at Reutlingen University from 2014 to 2018 and advanced to the National Key Account Management of Toyota MHD. In 2020, he transitioned to the French AGV and automation specialist BALYO, where he expanded his expertise in mobile robotics solutions for intralogistics. Since February 2022, Josten has been working at AutoStore as a Business Development Manager for DACH and CEE, focusing on industry and technical trade.
