Schuon Group Grows Double-Digit in Fiscal Year 2021
4. May 2022UTA Edenred, one of the leading mobility service providers in Europe and part of the Edenred Group, has gained KLVrent as a new partner. From now on, the commercial vehicle rental company will provide its customers with a custom-designed UTA Full Service Card when renting vehicles, allowing them to access UTA Edenred’s acceptance network and all mobility services.
(Kleinostheim) KLVrent customers can now benefit from over 70,000 acceptance points in 40 countries, where they can refuel cashlessly and independently of brands at both major premium brands and cheaper discount providers. It does not matter whether they are refueling with fuel or charging electricity. The card is also valid for UTA Edenred’s electric charging offer, which is currently being newly established. In addition, KLVrent customers can use a variety of on-the-go services with their UTA card, ranging from toll billing to workshop services and breakdown and towing services. This ensures that drivers remain mobile at all times.
Expansion of the service offering
“We want to continuously expand our service offering around the commercial vehicle fleet,” says Thomas Eberl, Managing Director at KLVrent, who also serves as Managing Director of the logistics company Eberl. “For our logistics company, we have been using UTA Edenred’s toll services for years. We are pleased to expand our successful collaboration and now offer our KLVrent customers a much more comprehensive mobility offer that includes not only vehicle rental but also refueling at a large network, charging electric vehicles, toll solutions, and various other services.”
Two strong partners come together
Carsten Bettermann, CEO of UTA Edenred, is also pleased that his company could once again score points with its extensive service offerings around mobility: “With KLVrent and UTA Edenred, two strong partners come together. I am confident that we can optimally support our new partner with our extensive acceptance network, our diverse services, and our digital tools around mobility, thereby further increasing the attractiveness of the commercial vehicle rental company for its customers.”
