The Haller Group (including commercial vehicle manufacturer Quantron) will increasingly position itself as an automotive supplier in the area of New Technologies. Klaus Schmitt will restructure and further expand the Andreas Haller Holding as managing director. He will also serve on the supervisory board of the high-tech spinoff Quantron AG. Pedro Navarro will continue the growth course of Haller GmbH & Co. KG as the new managing director.
(Gersthofen) The Haller GmbH & Co KG, specialized in commercial vehicles, will increasingly position itself as an automotive trading partner (tires) and automotive supplier in the area of New Technologies (batteries, fuel cells) alongside its service business.
The family-owned company from Gersthofen, a specialist in the maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles (vans, trucks, and buses), is currently led by Andreas Haller in its fifth generation, who also founded the e-mobility high-tech spinoff Quantron AG in 2019. To mark its 140th anniversary, Haller is undergoing an extensive transformation process and is bringing experienced experts on board.
Further Expand All Assets
Klaus Schmitt will restructure the Andreas Haller Holding as managing director, which holds the majority shares in Quantron AG, and will further expand all assets. The finance expert was a long-time COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Patrizia AG and has sustainably built and internationalized the company from 200 million euros to over 40 billion euros in assets under management. In addition, Klaus Schmitt will serve on the supervisory board of Quantron AG. Pedro Navarro has been appointed as the new managing director of Haller GmbH & Co. KG. As the former sales manager for Germany at Pirelli and managing director of a medium-sized company, he brings the necessary experience to further expand the company.

With Klaus Schmitt and Pedro Navarro, experienced experts are coming on board who will further advance the company in its continuous development.”
