EUROGATE Intermodal (EGIM) is now live with the cloud-based all-in-one booking platform railMybox, making combined transport even more attractive. The fully digitized offering standardizes the entire transport process for intermodal transport by rail and road – from capacity offerings to pricing, booking, and invoicing, including valuable web analytics tools.

(Hamburg) With the central booking platform of railMybox, user-friendly optimized transport solutions are offered from a single source. Thanks to seamless processes, containers reach their destination with just a few clicks. Even at the time of booking, real-time data accurately and appropriately displays available capacities, prices, and transit times for climate-neutral transport options. Intelligent filtering functions ensure transparency without overwhelming users with data. The fixed price that railMybox clearly states from the beginning applies – upon completion of the booking, no hidden additional costs, surcharges, or subsequent fees are charged.

railMybox markets EGIM’s own capacities. The new platform operates completely independently, which means maximum booking security for customers. Container transports can be tracked in real-time at any time through the user-friendly dashboard. All important documents along the transport chain, such as waybills and invoices, are stored digitally. Automatic notifications keep customers up to date.

Response to increased demand

With railMybox, EGIM also responds to an increased demand for sustainable container transports. The new platform links climate-neutral rail connections that use 100 percent green electricity with efficient last-mile transports from a sister company of the EUROGATE Group. Upon request, customers can reduce their CO2 footprint to zero by fully compensating all emissions for a fee.
