Logistics Real Estate Consultant Logivest Opens Location in Düsseldorf

Logivest, a nationwide consulting company focused on logistics real estate and locations, continues its expansion and opens its twelfth branch in Düsseldorf. In addition to the already established subsidiary in Cologne, Logivest NRW GmbH, Düsseldorf is now the second representation in North Rhine-Westphalia.

(Munich/Düsseldorf) While the location in Cologne continues to be responsible for real estate consulting throughout North Rhine-Westphalia, the new branch in Düsseldorf is intended to serve as a strategic regional location. In addition to key account management, CSO Michael Starre and Logivest Projektmanagement GmbH will also operate from the new office.

“The goal is to provide our clients with a personal, regional, and comprehensive service regarding logistics real estate and locations, even beyond the twelve locations, in all commercial areas in Germany. Our key account management supports this by providing a central contact person for major clients, such as users with multiple locations, as well as owners, developers, and landlords,” says Kuno Neumeier, founder and CEO of the Logivest Group.

Further Expanding Position in Germany

With the new branch, Logivest is further expanding its position in the German logistics real estate market. In recent years, the owner-managed consulting company has developed into the largest independent logistics real estate consultant in Germany. From its origins as a brokerage office, it has become a corporate group with over 110 employees, twelve locations, several GmbHs, disciplines, and services, and a holistic consulting approach to logistics real estate and locations.

Responsibility Distributed Among Several Heads

The responsibility for the operational real estate consulting business is now distributed among several heads: While the two independent GmbHs in Stuttgart and Cologne have been managed since their founding by Nikolai Windhäuser (Managing Director Logivest Stuttgart GmbH) and Thomas Schmidt (Managing Director Logivest NRW GmbH), Michael Starre (Chief Sales Officer) and Marco Mendes (Chief Operating Officer) are responsible for the remaining real estate consulting business in Germany. They are supported by regional team leaders, the Head of Industrial and Logistics Letting, and the respective consultants.

Increased Demand for New Construction Consulting

In addition, Logivest has been providing comprehensive location consulting and analysis through Logivest Concept GmbH for over ten years. Newly added in 2021 is Logivest Projektmanagement GmbH, led by Managing Director Carsten Felix, which addresses the increased demand for new construction consulting and takes over project management for new developments throughout Germany.
