The Kaldox Group has acquired a city logistics property in Hamburg-Billbrook. Avison Young acted as an intermediary and advisor in the transaction. Kaldox was legally advised by RA Thorsten Schlegel, Bonk Rechtsanwälte, Hamburg. The group intends to hold the property long-term and create added value for the Billbrook location.
(Hamburg) The rented logistics property is situated on a plot of approximately 41,000 square meters, encompassing a total rental area of around 42,000 square meters and is 70 percent leased. Kaldox is one of the market leaders in Hamburg in this asset class, planning an extensive revitalization of the property and considers the acquisition an optimal addition to its portfolio.
