Schmitz Cargobull has once again identified the best workshops and service points from 31 countries in its service partner network this year. Top workshop quality and customer service are the prerequisites for this coveted award. The partner workshop must deliver excellent results, especially in the evaluation categories of “breakdown assistance” and “business development of spare parts.”

(Horstmar) The optimal cooperation in the processing of full-service contracts and warranty cases also has a significant impact on the selection of the Service Partner of the Year.

Schmitz Cargobull places great importance on its extensive network of authorized and trained service partners in over 40 countries. Customers of the workshops benefit from well-trained service technicians who specialize in Schmitz Cargobull products and receive regular training at the Cargobull Campus, the new training environment, either online or in person. This ensures the mobility of the vehicle fleet and minimizes downtime for all workshop services, whether for trailers, refrigeration units, or the in-house telematics system.
