December 2022In Sachsenheim, just twenty kilometers northwest of Ludwigsburg, Logivest has rented approximately 7,000 square meters of warehouse and office space to Duvenbeck Logistics Europe GmbH. The company, which is already represented at several locations in Baden-Württemberg, was urgently looking for a warehouse to serve a customer in the Ludwigsburg area.
„Sachsenheim is an ideal location for logistics due to its good connections to both Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart, as well as towards Heilbronn, and is therefore in high demand,” says Ingo Volk, Head of Industrial and Logistics Letting at Logivest Stuttgart.
„With this expansion, we want to affirm Duvenbeck’s growth in the Stuttgart region. We are pleased that we can now offer our customers in the automotive, mechanical engineering, and industrial sectors high-quality services in storage, order picking, production supply, and pre-assembly from this location, thus expanding our customer base,” says Simon Kaltenbach, Regional Manager Contract Logistics South at Duvenbeck Logistics Europe.
The property at Gerhard-Rummler-Straße 2 is connected to Ludwigsburg via the federal highway B27 in less than 30 minutes. Divided into three fire sections, the area is served by three large sectional doors and has a high floor load capacity, making it accessible by truck. A complete fencing of the premises and 24/7 access also guarantee a secure handling of logistics services.
The owner and landlord of the spaces is a private individual. The occupancy could already take place at short notice.
