1. September 2023The Fiege Group is strengthening its board. AI and data expert Kenza Ait Si Abbou will take on responsibility for Digital Services, IT, and Data Driven Company at the Greven logistics service provider.
(Greven) AI and data expertise for the Fiege Group: Kenza Ait Si Abbou will join the board of the Greven logistics service provider on September 1. The mother of two, who most recently served as Director Client Engineering at IBM, will be responsible for the business unit Digital Services, the IT department, and the topic of Data Driven Company in her new role at Fiege. Kenza Ait Si Abbou is the sixth board member of the family-owned company, alongside Peter Scherbel, Alfred Messink, Martin Rademaker, and the two Co-CEOs Jens Fiege and Felix Fiege, which is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year.
“I am very excited to have the opportunity to advance Fiege’s digital transformation and to make the company fit for the future and the next generation together with the entire team,” explains the 42-year-old. “As an engineer and AI expert, it is incredibly exciting for me to make logistics even smarter and more sustainable using AI technologies.”

Kenza Ait Si Abbou grew up in Morocco and studied electrical engineering in Spain and Germany. She then worked for over ten years at Deutsche Telekom, including as a Senior Manager for Robotics & AI. Kenza Ait Si Abbou speaks several languages and has received numerous awards. In 2020, she was named to the “Top 40 under 40” list by the business magazine Capital. Handelsblatt named her the “Thought Leader of Transformation” in 2021. She is also a Spiegel bestselling author and has published three books on artificial intelligence to date.
