The VTT Group, founded in 1981 and operating internationally with its headquarters in Muttenz (Switzerland), announces its acquisition by Rueff Holding AG. Companies and locations in Muttenz, Lahr (Germany), and Gyomaendröd (Hungary) are affected. The change of ownership takes place as part of a succession solution, retroactively effective from July 1, 2023.
(Muttenz) Rueff Holding AG is also based in the Swiss Muttenz near Basel. Markus Rueff will be the new managing director of the VTT Group. To ensure a smooth transition phase, the previous owners Beat and Jürg Glauner will remain in new roles within the company. The employment relationships of all employees at the various locations will remain unchanged. The operation of the companies at the locations Muttenz (CH), Lahr (DE), and Gyomaendröd (HU) is secured in the long term.
