It aims to reveal the current personnel situation and what can be derived from the results. The results of the survey will be presented on October 18 at the German Logistics Congress in Berlin.
(Bremen) The Economic Makers are conducting a quantitative online survey among selected HR managers from the logistics sector at https://www.surveymonkey.de/r/N5P6SZ6. The survey addresses how the skilled labor shortage currently and in the future affects the logistics sector, what challenges HR managers face in recruiting, what requirements applicants place on their future employers, and which strategies have proven particularly effective in addressing the skilled labor shortage and turnover in companies. The insights from the survey are intended to provide HR experts with important guidance for their daily work.
The results will be evaluated in cooperation with CBS Cologne Business School and presented during a press conference at the German Logistics Congress (DLK) on October 18, 2023, in Berlin. The online survey among HR managers from the logistics sector starts now.
