(Osnabrück/Cluj-Napoca) “This expansion marks a significant milestone in the further internationalization of the company,” emphasizes Nicolas Gallenkamp, CEO of the NOSTA Group. The Romanian market is developing positively and impresses with strong growth rates. For the NOSTA Group, the step into Romania is not a leap into the unknown: The company has been cooperating with local driving schools for some time to train professional drivers.
The Romanian branch will be led by Szilard Sarkozi, who will bring extensive knowledge of the local and European logistics market as an experienced logistics expert. “We are very pleased that we were able to win Szilard Sarkozi for our team. He will drive the development of the new location purposefully and thus be an important factor in expanding our European network,” explains Nicolas Gallenkamp.

The company’s commitment to excellent performance and its history are truly inspiring, and I look forward to contributing to its ongoing success.”
Sarkozi has been in the industry for over 13 years. The location in Cluj-Napoca will offer the full range of services for road transport as well as sea and air freight. “We have a stable network across Europe with 450 vehicles and excellent contacts at seaports and airports,” explains Sarkozi.
This will also be utilized, especially for Romanian customers. In addition, the managing director is dedicated to expanding the carrier network for the NOSTA Group. “Here, we will continue the existing collaborations with driving schools to attract more drivers.” The shortage of skilled workers in this area is an international challenge that must be addressed with international means. “Meeting our own demand for skilled workers remains our goal for the future,” says Sarkozi.
