The Logistics Real Estate Fair BUILDINX Premiering in Dortmund

The business platform BUILDINX – INNOVATIONS FOR LOGISTICS PROPERTIES will take place for the first time at Messe Dortmund from November 19 to 21, 2024. The new format focuses on the entire value chain of logistics and industrial real estate and presents a 360-degree offering for industry, trade, logistics, and investment.

(Dortmund) With the “Call for Papers,” Messe Dortmund is now taking the next step in its innovative event concept. From now until April 29, 2024, content-rich, practice-oriented topics from the categories municipalities/political issues, funding, ESG/innovation, or investments can be submitted and thus incorporated into the BUILDINX trade fair program. Meanwhile, the list of exhibitors continues to grow. The innovative event concept attracts leading companies from the fields of technology, digital transformation, and sustainability related to logistics and industrial real estate. Renowned exhibitors such as Goldbeck, the LIST Group, and EFAFLEX will be part of the new fair.

The Dortmund Westfalenhalle will host the BUILDINX, the first trade fair for logistics real estate in Germany, in November 2024.

Exciting and practice-oriented topics are sought

The business platform for the industrial and logistics sector will not only focus on exhibiting from 2024 but also on actively shaping the supporting program. This innovative approach promotes exchange among participants and simultaneously marks the start of the “Call for Papers.” Exciting, practice-oriented topics along the focus areas of municipalities/political issues, funding, ESG/innovation, and investments are in demand. Each submission should be professionally sound and practice-oriented, maintain technical neutrality, be free of advertising content, and ensure manufacturer independence. These will be incorporated in the form of dialogue events and contribute to the design of the fair’s supporting program.
