Volvo Trucks Reports Record Sales Worldwide for 2023
7. March 2024Long-term cooperation agreed: Cargo Trans Logistik (CTL) AG is entering into a strategic partnership with the Arcese Group effective immediately. This focuses the groupage cooperation’s internationalization strategy to open up new markets for its partners and generate competitive advantages. The Arcese Group, in turn, has its own extensive groupage network. This results in significantly improved connections for CTL members to and from Italy, as well as shorter transit times for transport.
(Homburg/Milan) “International relations are always associated with country-specific challenges. With the opening of the Italian market, we support our partners in their relationships with Southern Europe and are pleased to have found the perfect partner in Arcese,” says CTL CEO Francesco De Lauso. Through the cooperation, the more than 180 system partners of the groupage network can access the Arcese Group’s network and offer their customers reliable and fast procurement and delivery transports. The Arcese network includes more than 50 distribution partners across Italy.
The powerful procurement solution includes, among other things, daily traffic to and from Italy as well as delivery with guaranteed time slots. “With Arcese, we gain not just a network partner, but a partner network. During an intensive preparation and implementation phase, we were able to synchronize our networks in all areas so that we can mutually benefit from all opportunities,” says De Lauso. The cooperation offers CTL and Arcese partners a competitive, attractive market expansion and enables joint sales activities for cross-border tenders. Digitalized processes also provide complete transparency on both sides.
