The general cargo cooperation VTL Vernetzte Transport Logistik GmbH from Fulda has arranged for the succession of Managing Director Johanna Broese, who will leave the company on June 30, 2024. The Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Markus Egerer as the new Managing Director effective July 1, 2024.
After 18 years in various positions – from dispatching to freight forwarding management – at Hans Geis, Mr. Egerer moved to Palletways. There, he was entrusted with the management of Operations & HUB in the central transshipment. In recent years, the 47-year-old has served as Managing Director of the general cargo network 24plus.
With his extensive experience and expertise, Mr. Egerer will be a valuable asset to VTL. We are confident that his expertise and leadership skills will significantly contribute to the continued success of VTL.
