12. October 2024The Dark Logistik GmbH from Rödermark takes over, as part of a transferring restructuring, the 75-member workforce and the assets including 30 articulated lorries and storage areas of the logistics service provider RICHTER.transporte from Gründau-Rothenbergen in Hesse.
(PresseBox; Gründau-Rothenbergen) The creditors’ meeting unanimously approved this solution of the self-administering management to comprehensively preserve the business operation. “All parties involved in the restructuring process supported us so actively and constructively that we were able to successfully complete the transferring restructuring with economic effect as of the date of the opening of the proceedings within a quarter of a year,” explains the general representative Dr. Georg Heidemann from Heidemann Küthe Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB. Together with his colleague Daniela Müller, Heidemann designed and implemented the extensive restructuring process according to plan.
In early June 2024, RICHTER.transporte filed for the opening of an insolvency proceeding under self-administration. On September 1, 2024, the competent district court of Hanau opened the proceedings in self-administration and appointed attorney Dr. Martin Kaltwasser, partner at Lieser Rechtsanwälte, as the administrator.

Under the leadership of Georg Nikolaus von Verschuer, David de las Heras and Jan Englisch from FalkenSteg, one of the leading consulting boutiques for M&A transactions, conducted the structured bidding process. The experienced restructuring expert Dr. Kristian Klüppelberg from LEGICON provided legal support to Dark Logistik GmbH on the buyer’s side. With the approval of the creditors’ meeting, the purchase agreement already signed on September 2, 2024, becomes legally effective.
