ZeKju and e-kurier Close the Gap in the Spot Market with Messenger
15. October 2024DHL Express introduces a new label-free service for worldwide package returns, replacing the traditional return option that requires printed labels with a digital, environmentally friendly service.
(Bonn) Online customers are familiar with the problem of traditional returns: they either have to use a printer to print the label or use pre-printed labels and return forms provided by the retailer from the original shipment to manually label the items to be returned. With DHL Express’s label-free service, these steps are replaced by a digitally optimized process that offers maximum convenience while also being environmentally friendly. The customer receives a QR code that they can simply present at a QR code-enabled DHL service point to drop off the package or have it picked up by a DHL courier.
Providing Customers with an Exceptional Experience
“Our label-free service for package returns aligns with our ongoing commitment to provide our customers with an exceptional experience while also making a positive contribution to environmental protection. By simplifying the return process, customers can now return their packages effortlessly. With this service, we aim to support consumers in the eRetail and fashion industries, the technology sector, and many other areas,” says Michiel Greeven, EVP Global Commercial, DHL Express. “With our label-free service, we make the return process easier and more convenient for all parties involved – retailers and online customers – while also reducing paper waste.”
