January 2025DANX Carousel has strengthened its position as a European provider of time-critical logistics solutions through the acquisition of the Germany-based LPR Group, a specialist in night express, field services, and on-site repairs. The LPR Group offers nationwide services in the areas of night and day express, emergency logistics, and returns management, as well as warehousing and on-site service, including installation, maintenance, and replacement of consumables, as well as repairs and installations on-site.
( Ishøj/Neuss) Founded in 1988, LPR employs 500 staff, of which 200 are deployed in the field as service technicians. The team is complemented by a repair center specializing in maintenance, pre-configuration, refurbishment, inspection, and warranty of equipment. The LPR Group is also involved in the conversion to smart meters and the introduction of intelligent measuring systems to support the energy transition. Furthermore, the company takes on tasks related to the gas network conversion in Germany as well as the maintenance of house connections.

The acquisition of LPR falls in a year in which the DANX Carousel Group has made several acquisitions to solidify its position as a leading time-critical logistics provider.
Expanding Geographic Reach
