Schäflein Location Röthlein Becomes Partner of NG.network

Since February 17, the Schäflein location in Röthlein has officially become part of the NG.network. As a new shipping partner, Schäflein strengthens the general cargo cooperation in the Franconian region following a successful integration. At the same time, the company remains a partner in the CargoLine Logistics Network.

(Niederaula/Röthlein) The freight terminal at Etzberg in Röthlein covers an area of 30,000 m², with a 7,000 m² hall for general cargo handling and 85 loading gates. This infrastructure ensures fast and smooth logistics processes.

As part of the collaboration, Schäflein Röthlein will take over deliveries in certain postal code areas that were previously distributed among several partner companies. The strategically advantageous location of the site shortens transport routes, reduces production costs, and significantly relieves the surrounding network partners. At the same time, the profitability within the network improves as existing transport capacities are utilized more efficiently. Customers benefit from shorter delivery times, optimized cost structures, and improved regional supply.

Increase in Efficiency on Site

“Through this integration, we are not only changing the structure in Franconia and increasing efficiency on site, but we are also strategically leveraging synergies to optimize the entire network,” explains Norbert Takács from the Network Development of NG.network. “With Schäflein, we have gained a powerful partner who wants to grow with us.”
