Logistics Reply, provider of digital supply chain solutions, enhances the logistics of The Quality Group (TQG), which includes the brands ESN and More Nutrition, with the implementation of its Warehouse Management System (WMS) LEA Reply. The solution optimizes inventory management and order processing for the manufacturer of dietary supplements and sports nutrition, ensuring faster delivery times in direct sales – even during peak phases like Black Week.

(Gütersloh/Elmshorn) The WMS LEA Reply combines a cloud-native architecture with artificial intelligence, allowing TQG to seamlessly connect its five warehouse locations, optimize picking through multi-order picking, and dynamically prioritize orders in real-time. All of this ensures particularly fast order processing – a significant advantage given the ongoing growth of TQG, which is driven in part by strategic social media marketing. Currently, the company processes up to 55,000 orders daily with the new WMS, achieving a delivery reliability of 99.9 percent – and with nearly 20 percent faster delivery.
