6. March 2025After the successful trade fair kickoff last year, BUILDINX will take place from November 18 to 20, 2025. The focus will be on a high-profile supporting program that, like the exhibitors, covers the entire value chain of logistics real estate.
(Dortmund) BUILDINX brings together big players from the logistics and industrial real estate world with start-ups. This is ensured by formats such as the “Founders Fight Night,” which invites numerous logistics start-ups to engage in rhetorical exchanges in the Innovation Arena. In addition, renowned speakers will provide insights into construction, financing, real estate, building technology, and digital solutions.
Dortmund, 06.03.2025 – The conclusion of the first BUILDINX was extremely positive: exhibitors particularly highlighted the high quality of the professional visitors, while attendees praised the informative panels and presentations, the information opportunities along the entire value chain, and the numerous chances for building and expanding their own networks. This feedback is guiding the Messe Dortmund for the next edition, which will take place from November 18 to 20, 2025, in Dortmund. The supporting program will again be at the center of BUILDINX, which targets project developers, component manufacturers, logistics service providers, representatives from trade and industry, investors, researchers, and politicians.
Under the leadership of Kuno Neumeier, spokesperson for the BVL working group on logistics real estate, the BUILDINX focus group, with Dagmar Wolf (WAGNER) and Richard Schneider (fabrikon) as co-leads, is organizing the accompanying conference and seminar program. Together with leading experts from the logistics real estate sector, including Logivest, JLL, CBRE Group, Colliers International Germany, and wdp, they are currently developing a comprehensive program. It is already certain that influential experts from the industry will again take the stage. As in the previous year, BUILDINX will focus on thematic priorities for the three trade fair days – numerous presentations, discussion rounds, and other participatory formats make BUILDINX an event that goes far beyond a classic trade fair format and gives it a special flair. The overwhelming majority of professional visitors expressed great satisfaction after the premiere in November last year and praised, in addition to the attractive supporting program, the strong presence of leading market participants.
Start-ups in a Live Duel for the Best Business Idea
The dynamic format “Founders Fight Night” will also be represented again this year and will take place on the early evening of the first day of the fair. It will bring even more young entrepreneurs to the stage to compete in verbal battles against others to crown the rhetorical champion and, last but not least, the best start-up idea. An expert jury will also pose critical questions to the contestants. However, the winner will be determined by the audience, who will vote by acclamation for the most convincing and confident pitches.
