Rüdinger Attendorn Becomes a Member of Online Systemlogistics

As of May 1st, Rüdinger Freight Forwarding with its location in Attendorn joins the piece goods network of Online Systemlogistics (OSL) as a new system partner. The first transshipment at the OSL central HUB will take place on the night of May 2nd to 3rd. The Attendorn location emerged in 2023 from the merger of the freight forwarder Kost with Rüdinger.

(Paderborn/Attendorn) “We are very pleased that Rüdinger Freight Forwarding has chosen us for the second time,” says Verena Käuper, authorized signatory at Online Systemlogistics. With its headquarters in Krautheim, Rüdinger has been a system partner of OSL since 1999. “Over the decades, the collaboration with Online Systemlogistics has proven to be very successful,” adds Roland Rüdinger, managing director of Rüdinger Freight Forwarding GmbH. “Since we have also been present in Attendorn since 2023, it was important for us to become a partner of Online Systemlogistics at this location as well.”

The Rüdinger Freight Forwarding in Attendorn borders the areas of the system partners Heuel Logistics, Keimeier & Finke, Spedition Kunz, and Transland Spedition.

“The Sauerland region is very strong in procurement,” explains Verena Käuper. “With Rüdinger’s entry in Attendorn, we can better distribute the shipment volume and further optimize the area. Rüdinger, in turn, also benefits from this location through international connections via the OSL network.” Online Systemlogistics is currently working with 28 European partners as well as the piece goods cooperations ASTRE Palet System in France and One Express in Italy.

Further Developing the Consolidated Freight Business at the Location

Just in 2023, the former freight forwarder Kost in Attendorn and Rüdinger Freight Forwarding merged. Founded in 1946, the Attendorn freight forwarder has made a name for itself as a specialist in partial and complete loads. Currently, 45 employees provide services in the areas of consolidated freight, partial and complete loads, coil transports, machine transports, and customs services on 1,500 square meters of logistics space. 25 trucks are in operation daily.

With Rüdinger Freight Forwarding’s entry in Attendorn as an OSL system partner, the company aims to specifically further develop its consolidated freight business and contribute to utilizing the synergies for Europe-wide pallet shipping even more efficiently.
