5. April 2025Change at the top of F.W. Neukirch in Bremen: Current managing director Sven Bley will leave the company at mid-year at his own request to take on a new challenge. His successor from July 1, 2025, will be graduate business economist Martin Schlömp, who has been with the company since April 1.
(Bremen) The 53-year-old Sven Bley started in 2002 as head of moving logistics at FWN and took over additional departments over the years. In 2016, he was appointed managing director and has been the sole managing director since 2020.

During his time at F.W. Neukirch, Sven Bley successfully led the company and its operations through the challenging recent years. Under his leadership, the business areas were expanded, and numerous long-term customer contracts in the field of warehousing and contract logistics were secured, an important driver of the consistently positive performance development. His commitment has left a lasting impression.
“We are extremely sorry that Sven Bley has decided to shape his professional future without FWN and we thank him for the excellent work he has done as a leader over the years,” said supervisory board chairman Bruno Kruth.
Martin Schlömp
To ensure a smooth transition, logistics expert Martin Schlömp (54 years) will already join the management on April 1, 2025. Graduate business economist Martin Schlömp masters logistics from A to Z. After his training as a freight forwarding merchant and studies, he held various positions as project manager and branch manager, where he gained extensive management experience in contract logistics and the automotive sector. From July 1, 2025, Martin Schlömp will be the new sole managing director.
