The digital freight forwarder Forto has launched “FlashDoc by Forto,” a powerful, AI-based solution for the automated extraction of data from key logistics documents. Developed by Forto’s technology teams, the solution is already enhancing productivity and ensuring the highest data quality for its operational staff.

(Berlin) From now on, the company offers FlashDoc by Forto as a software solution to all businesses active in logistics and supply chain. FlashDoc by Forto provides more reliable data, increases process security, and boosts efficiency.

FlashDoc by Forto utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning to categorize incoming logistics documents via email or interface, extract relevant data, and transfer it structured into downstream IT systems. It currently supports twelve of the most common document types in logistics, including waybills, packing lists, customs documents, and invoices.
