Agilox Expands Activities in the Iberian Market
29. July 2025The BVL Supply Chain CX from October 22 to 24, 2025, at Estrel Berlin is the leading event in the logistics sector. The Congress Area is a place for visionaries, top decision-makers, and thought leaders. Seven focus topics will be discussed by experts from business and research under strategic questions with the participants.
(Bremen/Berlin) A highlight this year is again the awarding of the German Logistics Award followed by a networking night. The Congress ticket includes participation in all Expo offerings. The Expo Area features relevant content at an operational level for all who want to actively shape the future of logistics. The Expo offers four stages, strong talk formats, and smart solutions in the exhibition, networking at eye level, and the CX party. Networking takes place throughout the BVL Supply Chain CX: in interactive session formats, at the CX-Connect Tables, during the networking night, or the CX party. The program for the BVL Supply Chain CX is now available at www.bvl.de/cx/programm. On the website, interested parties can find session descriptions for the various formats. The program provides an overview of the three event days and shows what participants can expect in the Congress, Expo, and Networking Areas. It is continuously updated and supplemented. The program can be filtered by days, content focuses, and Expo or Congress offerings.
Enhancing Decision-Making and Action Competencies
The Congress Area is the place for top decision-makers, visionaries, and thought leaders. Here, strategic questions are at the forefront, presented by professionals from business, research, and politics in various formats and discussed with the participants. The focus is on the goal of enhancing decision-making and action competencies to improve processes for resilient and future-proof supply chains. The awarding of the German Logistics Award as a recognition of innovative achievements underscores the BVL’s ambition as the largest logistics and supply chain network in Europe.
Expo Area Entices with Festival Character
Talk formats meet live demos at the CX: The Expo Area entices with a festival character. Participants can look forward to a stage program with strong discussions and presentations, smart solutions from numerous exhibitors, networking at eye level, and the grand CX party. The Expo Area offers relevant content on the CX focus topics at an operational level for all who want to actively shape the future of logistics. Expo is much more than ‘just’ a fair or exhibition: it is a festival of themes and innovations, solution offerings, networking, fun, and culinary delights.
Few Exhibition Spaces Still Available
In the 20,000 sqm Expo Area, many of the over 150 spaces between 6 and 100 m² have already been allocated. There are still some exciting options for presenting one’s brand, products, solutions, or services. Various sponsorship opportunities also ensure perfect visibility in the Congress and Expo Area.

Seven Focus Areas at Congress and Expo
The concept group for the BVL Supply Chain CX has identified seven core topics that run through the event. These will be discussed at the Congress under strategic and overarching aspects, while the Expo stages will focus on the operational handling of these topics.
- Geopolitics & Supply Chains: Geopolitical risks, resilience & adaptation, looking to the future
- Digitalization of Supply Chains: Digitalization, clouds, software, cyber security
- Technology & Automation: Technological trends, success stories and learnings, new business models, research & development
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning: Avoiding legal pitfalls, looking to the future, AI in intralogistics, black box AI
- Transformation of Logistics Service Providers: Digitalization & automation, sustainability, resilience, trade & customs
- Sustainable Logistics: Circular economy, sustainability reporting, electromobility in freight transport, corporate culture & community
- Organizations & People: Kick-starting innovation, reframing leadership, lean reloaded
The focus is also on fundamental questions in light of geopolitical shifts as well as European and German politics. Additionally, the CX addresses opportunities and challenges arising from technological change and other transformations for the logistics sector.
Networking is an Integral Part
Personal exchange remains a prerequisite for cooperation, teamwork, and overcoming challenges in supply chains. The BVL Supply Chain CX connects people – in interactive session formats, at the CX-Connect Tables, in the BVL Lounge, during personal conversations at the bar or in breaks, during the networking night or the CX party, as well as through the matchmaking function in the BVL Events app. This fosters new partnerships and genuine connections at eye level for interdisciplinary exchange. Participants come from both domestic and international backgrounds – including top decision-makers from logistics, supply chain management, IT, purchasing and production, marketing, and HR.
German Logistics Award and Logistics Science Award
The awarding of the German Logistics Award will also be one of the highlights at this year’s BVL Supply Chain CX – it will take place on Wednesday evening before the networking night. The jury, chaired by Christian Mohr (Managing Director of UnternehmerTUM Munich), honors exemplary concepts that have been developed and implemented despite all the challenges of recent months. Particularly innovative and sustainable solutions are awarded this prize to recognize, promote, and encourage imitation. The finalists of the Logistics Science Award 2025 will present their work in short pitches on Wednesday as part of the Expo, before the jury determines the winner on-site. The award ceremony will also take place live on stage on Thursday.
Expo and Day Tickets, Special Offer for Young Professionals
